Michael's Decision
In light of recent developments, particularly the issuance of a Torts Notice (Interference of Goods Act 1977) which would mean the Landlord would legally take possession of our custom built food container. Michael the heart and soul behind the PlushSE16 vision, has made this difficult decision to temporarily close the Caribbean take-away hut as we have struggled to find a location to trade from. This decision is not a surrender, but a strategic move to safeguard this local gem from potential legal complications.
Ownership and Protection
It's important to note that we own the Caribbean takeaway hut, and Michael's decision to put it away for safekeeping is rooted in a desire to protect our assets.
